We do not accept shipped returns at this time. Any item can be returned for store credit or exchange in-store (190 Raglan St S, Renfrew, ON) with proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipped goods. All SALE merchandise is FINAL which means cannot be exchanged or returned.
