Our craftsmen deploy ancestral techniques that are passed on from one generation to another. It is a very compact natural bioproduct with few pores, very suitable for cooking. It does not rupture, absorb liquids, bacteria or bad odors. Ideal for Salad, fruits, breads, pastries and more. Measurements are approximate, each piece is unique and has distinctions of irregular veining (plus or minus an inch and a half).
